I first became interested in coaching about two years ago, when I was wanting to expand my own
career options. Despite my best efforts to take care of myself, at that time I was physically not
well, and was feeling depleted by work. (I've always been better at possibilities than limits!)
I've learned about life balance the hard way, and hope that I can pass on to you some of my wisdom
about creating balance and dealing effectively with change and transition.

To tell you the truth, it pains me to see so many people miserable because they're in the wrong
job or career (or life) for them. Or when they're floundering around in transition without support
or a plan. Nothing makes me feel worse than to see someone unhappy or unfulfilled when life has so
much to offer them. I have a passion about helping people make decisions and move forward from
where they are now to the place where they would like to be.
|

|
The key to my work is found in the word "empowerment". I seem to have an innate ability to take a person or
group who has gotten out of touch with their own resources, and put them back in the driver's seat. I'm able
to intuitively perceive hidden potential, and to ask the questions that would help individuals and groups get
unstuck and move forward in positive ways.
So here's how I work with people...
|

|
1. Assess:
We take a look at where you are currently-your passions, talents, experiences, strengths, and success barriers.
2. Envision:
We uncover the vision you already possess but are afraid to own - or we develop a
new vision of where you want to go.
We creatively look for ways to weave your passions, talents, experiences, and
strengths into the tapestry of the future that looks just right to you.
3. Strategize:
We work with internal and external barriers that might be preventing you from
fulfilling your dreams.
We set goals around your vision and develop plans to achieve them.
4. Act:
You go for the gusto...
5. Evaluate:
We're constantly checking back to make sure you're on track.
